Análise da convergência do Safety Attitudes Questionnaire e do Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture

RESUMO Objetivos: analisar a cultura de segurança do paciente partir da percepção dos profissionais enfermagem um hospital universitário, por meio avaliação convergência entre o Safety Attitudes Questionnaire e Hospital Survey on Patient Culture. Métodos: estudo transversal, com 434 enfermagem. A coleta dados ocorreu mediante aplicação ambos os instrumentos. Utilizou-se estatística descritiva inferencial. Resultados: no Culture, dimensão “trabalho em equipe âmbito das unidades” foi considerada uma área forte paciente. No Questionnaire, domínios “satisfação trabalho” “percepção estresse” atingiram escore para boa segurança. se correlaciona, instrumentos, magnitude elevada. Conclusões: dois instrumentos convergem semelhante
